Zoe Grams
Zoe Grams is a writer and entrepreneur working at the intersection of storytelling and social and environmental justice. She is founder of ZG Stories, a feminist B-Corporation that is one of the largest literary marketing agencies in North America. She is co-founder of Upstart & Crow Literary Arts Studio, an initiative that is credited with being a “literary living room” that “pushes the limits of what a bookstore can mean to a community.” Zoe consults with publishers, media companies and nonprofits and is thrilled to work as chief of staff for The Magic Canoe and as communications lead for Salmon Nation. Originally hailing from Scotland, she divides her time between the unceded shores and forests of the Tla-o-qui-aht nation, and land, now urban, unceded by the the ʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) nations.
